Shipping Information
We ship orders to the 48 contiguous United States (“contiguous U.S.”). The details below outline processing times, delivery estimates, carriers, and special handling for oversized freight. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding carrier holidays.
Order Processing
- Cut-off time: Most in-stock orders placed by 2:00 PM (local warehouse time) ship the same business day. Orders placed after cut-off ship the next business day.
- Verification: Orders flagged for address or payment verification may require extra processing time.
Delivery Methods & Estimates (Contiguous U.S.)
- Standard Ground: Typically 1–5 business days based on distance from our shipping point.
- Expedited options: 2-Day and Next-Day services are available on many items; rates and eligibility appear at checkout.
- Weekend delivery: Some residential services deliver on weekends; availability varies by carrier and destination.
Note: Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and can be affected by weather, peak season volume, and unforeseen delays.
Shipping Rates
- Flat-Rate Ground: Depends on order total.
- Expedited: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Exclusions: Oversized, hazardous, or freight-only items are not eligible for free shipping.
Freight & Oversized Items
- LTL Freight: Engines, axles, large air tanks, and similar items ship via freight.
- Commercial delivery: A dock or forklift is required for commercial addresses. Residential delivery may incur a liftgate surcharge.
- Appointment: Carriers may contact you to schedule delivery. Inspect all freight on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Address Types & Restrictions
- Street addresses only: Ground services require physical addresses. PO Boxes are generally not eligible.
- Outside the contiguous U.S.: We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or international addresses.
- APO/FPO/DPO: Not available at this time.
Tracking & Delivery
- Tracking: A tracking link is emailed when your order ships.
- Signature: Signature may be required at our discretion or by carrier policy for high-value shipments.
- Delivery issues: If a package is delayed, misrouted, or marked delivered but not received, notify us promptly so we can start a trace with the carrier.
Backorders & Split Shipments
- Partial shipments: In-stock items may ship first; backordered items ship separately at no additional Ground charge.
- Lead times: Estimated restock windows are provided for backorders when available.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Change window: We can edit or cancel an order within 30 minutes of placement during business hours.
- After shipment: Once an order is in transit, rerouting or intercept fees (if available) are billed at carrier rates.
Damaged or Missing Items
- Parcel deliveries: Report concealed damage or shortages within 3 business days of delivery.
- Freight deliveries: Note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading before signing and take photos of the packaging and product.
Holidays & Peak Season
Carriers observe national holidays and may extend transit times during peak season. Weather and network conditions can also impact delivery schedules.
